The Year That Was

This will be the last post about the 2006 season. I strongly belive in looking forward, especially when there is so little to celebrate. While 2006 had some terrible lows (the blowouts at Arrowhead and Soldier Field) and some great highs (sweeping Seattle and closing out Denver to end the year). This team is so young that many of the players were in grade school the last time the 49ers rode atop the NFL. The Glory Days are a distant memory for many.

But this team has started putting together some highlighs of its own, instead of being the team on the wrong side of every NFL highlight clip. There are a bunch of Niner tribute videos, but this one is the best one out there. If you have another favorite, feel free to leave it in the comments. Enjoy.

Here's to making new memories this season.
